Mr. Amiya Mohan
Amiya Mohan belongs to the 1999-2000 batch of IIMC where he pursued Hindi Journalism Course. He began his journey with Sahara TV and then moved to Mumbai to work with Star TV News. Subsequently, he moved to Delhi and joined NDTV India and later worked with IBN7. After so many years, Amiya decided to teach students and make the most of his experience to develop next generation. Apart from ZIMA, He also teaches in Indian Institute of Mass Communication.
Ms. Chandrani Banerjee
Chandrani Banerjee have worked long with Outlook Magazine & covered all the investigative agencies and Home Ministry and Defence Ministry and filed stories for the magazine. She filed stories on women and gender issues for them. She broke the PF scam involving high court and Supreme court judges. She has also got the papers for the Neera radia story apart from other stories for the magazine. In 2013 went to Oman to work for Muscat Daily and came back by the end of 2014. She filed an experience copy for United Nations Office of Drug and Crime in Delhi on the status of Indian women workforce in Oman. After getting a scholarship in 2016, She went to Columbia Journalism School to do a investigative course specially designed for mid career journalists. Covered the U.S. elections for the Indian publications. After coming back from U.S. She worked on a project with Delhi Bureau of National Public Radio. Apart from ZIMA, She also teaches in Indian Institute of Mass Communication.
Ms. Aarfa Rajput
Prof. (Dr.) Aarfa Rajput is a former Associate Professor & Head of Department School of Cinema. She has done her Ph.D. and Masters from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has 12 years of teaching experience in Cinema as an academician, she has expertise in Films Studies, Screen Play, Production & Direction of Films, Film Research, Cinema & Language, Cultural Studies, and Cinema & Journalism. She is supervised many short films, 500 above film Dissertations, Research work, & practical Assignments. His valuable publications include ‘Cinema and Culture; Indian Art, film reviews, Direction & Social Issues in many National & International Journals, Books & Newspapers.
Mr. Yuvraj Bararia
Audio & Video Post-production Specialist having more than 20 years of experience on various television broadcast and internet based media platforms. Offline/Online editing platforms and various image editing software. Possess strong technical skills to edit and produce video content as per broadcast guidelines and standards. Directing and post producing TV shows, Events, Media Partnerships, Award shows, Branded Programming series, Corporate Films, Documentaries, Corporate audio-visual packages etc. for TV and web-based platforms. Expert level power skills in audio video editing software like Apple Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Premiere Pro, thereby creating 300+ hours of content in television, digital marketing and corporate audio visuals while having worked for various broadcasting organisations including CNBC TV18, CNN-IBN, Agni Productions, Jagran TV, Times Network etc. The platter includes being a visiting faculty for providing specialised training to students and working professionals from premium institutes like Times School of Journalism and Zee Institute of Media Arts.
